The commercial 7" Vinyl of "Me And A Gun" is documented in the Tori Amos Collectibles book by Paul Campbell, but it is likely that this is a mistake. Based on the hype sticker size compared to the overall size of the picture in the book, we believe that the image is actually the commercial 12" release (more on this below). The press release included with promotional copies of the "Me And A Gun" 12" single corroborates this, as it mentions only a CD and 12" release and no plans for a 7" single.

If you examine the side-by-side photos above, the hype sticker on the TAC (short for the Tori Amos Collectibles book) scan is identical in size and shape as the hype sticker on the 12" vinyl. When placing the smaller hype sticker used on the UK CD single onto the "Silent All These Years" promo 7" vinyl (with the "Me And A Gun" cover) in the same place as the sticker in the TAC scan, the sticker doesn't look the same: the corners are less round, and there is more space above the words "Silent All These Years." However, this sticker does look exactly like those made for the 12" vinyl, but the proportions of the 12" hype sticker to a 7" sleeve do not match the proportions of the sticker/sleeve in the TAC photo (also illustrated in one of the photos above). This, in conjunction with the aforementioned press release, has helped us deduce that the TAC scan is in fact the 12" vinyl with its respective hype sticker and was mistakenly labeled as a 7" vinyl.
