Description: The mispressed CD plays the tracks from CD 2 (AT0077CD2).
Main Description:
This "Glory Of The 80's" UK Part 1 starts off a long series of mishaps for Atlantic. Both of the UK CD singles were mispressed and then fixed. The mispressed versions swapped b-sides and played as the other CD should have. So, in essence, there are four versions of the UK "Glory Of The 80's" CD singles. They are visually identical, with the exception of the matrix. The mispressed variation contains a single dot in the matrix (as shown in the variation above), while the correctly pressed version contains two (in the shape of a colon ":") None of the variations is particularly more rare than any other. They are all pretty widely circulated, however, it is just a matter of locating which version you want. (It is worth noting here that there is also an unusual mispressing of the Australian "Glory Of The 80's" CD single.)
Additionally, the UK version is nearly identical to the European version, but it has lacks the "Made In Germany" information on the insert and disc. Also, the front of the UK disc is a solid color all the way across, while the European version has a lighter center ring on the front of the disc.
