Flat

A Flat is a usually double-sided 12" by 12" promotional poster sent to retail stores. In the past they were usually made for every album, but now that is not always necessarily the case. They're usually made out of slightly stiff poster board or thin poster paper. Occasionally, the size is different from the standard 12" by 12" and have a detachable component.
This album flat promoted the release of American Doll Posse. It has an additional section at the bottom with perforated cards which can be removed.
